Abstract
Continuous anterior and vertical displacement of the rat mandible produces an increase in area of the resting zone and accelerated ossification of the hypertrophic zone. These responses differ greatly from those reported with intermittent displacement. They may be transient, or they may be an expression of accelerated maturation.Entities:
