Abstract
A 20-year-old man with Fahr's disease who presented with bilateral basal ganglia calcifications, idiopathic dementia, choreoathetotic movements, and kyphoscoliosis developed psychotic symptoms that were refractory to treatment with haloperidol and responded to treatment with lithium carbonate.Entities:
