Abstract
Pseudoaneurysm of below-the-knee arteries after a high tibial osteotomy (HTO) is rare. A 69-year-old woman with history of right HTO a half year ago had performed a left HTO for osteoarthritis. Postoperatively, she had swelling and pain of the left lower leg. Computed tomography and echocardiography revealed the pseudoaneurysm of peroneal artery (PA). After the release of the covered stent graft, the pseudoaneurysm of the PA did not disappear, it was completely excluded in the completion angiogram.Entities:
