Abstract
BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Controlled hypotensive anesthesia in endoscopic sinus surgery would provide a clean surgical field. Cerebral oxygen saturation (ScO2) is important in endoscopic sinus surgery patients and it may be low during controlled hypotension.
