Atherosclerotic aneurysm in aortocoronary vein graft.

Abstract

An atherosclerotic aneurysm was found in aortocoronary vein grafts of two patients who had a second revascularization because of reappearance of anginal symptoms five and six years, respectively, after the initial bypass operation.
