Abstract
PURPOSE: The role of computed tomography (CT) scan, as a promising prognostic imaging modality in cystic fibrosis (CF), has been widely investigated, focusing on parenchymal abnormalities. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the diagnostic performance of thoracic vascular parameters on CT to detect pulmonary hypertension (PH).Entities:

Figure 1In patients below 18, area under the ROC curve was 0.81 (p = 0.000) and 0 73 (p = 0.001) for PAD and PA/A ratio for identification of pulmonary hypertension, respectively. Using cut off of 19.25 rrma, the sensitivity and specificity of PAD for identification of PH was 82% and 70% respectively. At cut off = 0.94, PA/A ratio demonstrated the sensitivity = 83% and specificity = 55%
