Abstract
A woman was treated for a primary malignant schwannoma of the vulva. The initial treatment of this unusual tumor should entail radical excision of the primary. Regional lymphadenectomy probably is not helpful since metastases are generally hematogenous rather than lymphatic. Radiotherapy is ineffective as primary therapy.Entities:
