Abstract
The role of surgery in the locoregional management of many solid tumors has long been established. For testicular cancer, the incorporation of lymphadenectomy has played an important part in generating long-term survival outcomes in excess of 90% for germ cell tumor patients. In this review, we address several clinical scenarios in which lymphadenectomy at times is underutilized, and others ill advised.Entities:
