The correct affiliation is: 2Department of Mechanical Engineering, Pohang University of Science and Technology, San 31, Hyoja-dong, Nam-gu, Pohang, Gyeongbuk 790-784, South Korea. The author’s affiliation was also incorrect in an erratum [2] published on 18 June 2018. The article [1] was corrected on 8 August 2018.
