*Immuno-compromised state was defined by either administration in the 6 months prior to admission of steroid treatment (at least 0.3 mg/kg prednisolone), radiation therapy, chemotherapy, or as severe malnutrition, congenital immuno- humoral or cellular immune deficiency state [29]
