Abstract
Subjective measures of eating difficulties in eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) such as the presence of dysphagia, food modifications, and prolonged eating times are well documented. Although it is assumed that these measures reflect adaptive measures for eating with EoE, this is not well studied. The aim of this study was to directly observe and measure eating behaviors in patients with EoE and assess the degree of correlation to subjective assessment and validated EoE scoring systems.Entities:
