Echo-histological "Acino-Ductal Analysis". Preliminary results.

M Teboul1.

Abstract

Echo-histological "Acino-Ductal Analysis" allows a display of lesions based on anatomo-physio-pathology, their micro-sampling for histological evaluation by interventional echography, and their direct visual observation by intra-ductal echo-guided endoscopy. This combination complements other means of investigation and shows an unequaled power of diagnosis by using the two most efficient means of diagnosis for malignancies: detection of cellular abnormalities and observance of evolution over time.
