Abstract
Appearance of autoantibodies to tissue transglutaminase (TGA) is the most reliable biomarker to identify celiac disease autoimmunity. A nonradioactive assay of determination of TGA was newly developed using electrochemiluminescence (ECL) technology. This ECL assay has been demonstrated to be more sensitive than current standard radio-binding assay (RBA) in detecting TGA and can detect TGA earlier among high-risk young children followed from birth.Entities:
