Abstract
This case report demonstrates iatrogenic left main coronary artery dissection during percutaneous coronary intervention. Intravascular ultrasound imaging showed that the entry site of the false lumen was located at the cranial part of the ostium of the left main coronary artery. Utilizing this information, the operator was able to achieve the guidewire entering into the true lumen. Keywords: Angioplasty; Coronary artery disease; Intravascular ultrasound; Stent
