Abstract
Very late valvular and/or coronary artery diseases after mediastinal radiation are rare but well known. Late radiation induced osteonecrosis of the sternoclavicular joint is very rare. The combination of both or all three diseases has not yet been described to the best of our knowledge. We report on such a case with particular respect to the difficult discrimination of aseptic and septic bone destruction.Entities:
