Ultrasound diagnosis of adenomyomatosis of the gall-bladder: ultrasonic and pathological correlation.

R C Fowler1, W A Reid.

Abstract

Nine cases of adenomyomatosis of the gall-bladder are reported in which the ultrasound appearances are compared with those of oral cholecystography and the pathological findings. It is suggested that the ultrasound appearances are specific in the established disease.
