Abstract
Leiomyosarcomas of vascular origin are uncommon. They arise from the smooth muscles of tunica media of major blood vessels. Most of the cases are present in women. We report one such case of external iliac vein leiomyosarcoma in a 77-year-old female and discuss the clinical, radiological, and histopathological findings and the available treatment options.Entities:
