Abstract
Proper bony reduction and anatomic alignment without rotational deformity are sometimes difficult to achieve during phalangeal bone lengthening procedures. We report our experience with Ikuta's phalangeal compression-distraction-fixation device, which can be used to achieve proper bony reduction and good alignment and without any rotational deformity.Entities:
