Abstract
In the presented case, the resulting defect size after resection of a dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans exceeded the treatment capability with local flaps in the region of the exposed facial skin. Through the use of conventional wound healing in combination with a meshed split-thickness skin graft, plastic aesthetic soft tissue treatment with an aesthetically satisfactory result was possible.Entities:
