Abstract
The outer membrane of Pseudomonas aeruginosa functions primarily as a permeability barrier and imparts a broad spectrum of intrinsic antibiotic resistance. Herein, we describe the synthesis, characterization, and antimicrobial evaluation of a targeted polymeric micelle that specifically permeabilizes the outer membrane and potentiates antibiotic activity against P. aeruginosa.Entities:
