Abstract
Coronary calcifications remain associated to increased rate of complications and worse clinical outcomes, particularly in the setting of in-stent restenosis. We present the first reported case of combined rotational atherectomy and intravascular lithotripsy for the treatment of heavily calcified neoatherosclerosis.Keywords: Coronary lithoplasty; Neoatherosclerosis; Rotational atherectomy
