Abstract
Human B lymphocytes from rosettes with mouse erythrocytes. If the erythrocytes are pretreated with papain the rosettes are sufficiently stable to allow separation of T and B lymphocytes. The technique is complementary to the sheep erythrocyte rosette method, and gives cell populations with a similar degree of purity.Entities:
