Abstract
A clone panel of fox-hamster somatic cell hybrids which can be used for fox gene mapping was set up. Analysis of patterns of chromosome-enzyme segregation made it possible to assign gene GPI to chromosome 1, LDHA to chromosome 11, LDHB to chromosome 8, ESD to chromosome 6 and G6PD, HPRT, alpha-GALA to chromosome X.Entities:
