Abstract
Pancreatic cancer is a fatal disease with low resectability, high recurrence rate and despairing prognosis.Neoadjuvant therapy has been proven to improve resectability, especially R0 resection rate, and extend overall survival.It has become the hotspot in the field of pancreatic cancer in the last decade.However, the concomitant adverse effects on surgery and postoperative complication also draw wide attention.In this reivew, the indication and the effects of neoadjuvant therapy on pancreas and body composition according the latest studies are summarized.Futhermore, the effects of neoadjuvant therapy on postoperative complication from multiple aspects are discussed.Entities:
