Abstract
PURPOSE: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of advanced paternal age on pregnancy outcomes and sperm parameters following intrauterine insemination (IUI). We used IUI data rather than assisted reproductive technology data, which might mask the effects of sperm impairments.Entities:
