Abstract
A case of an uncommon intraoral tumor, the neurilemmoma, is reported. This tumor presented in an unusual way and exhibited clinical features that are classically associated with the pleomorphic adenoma. The subsequent histologic findings are presented, and an explanation for the clinical behavior of this lesion is suggested. The case for excision biopsy of palatal swellings is supported.Entities:
