Abstract

This report is on a mentally retarded, male child with multiple anomalies: sagittal craniostenosis, bilateral coloboma of the iris, craniofacial dysmorphy, asymmetrical split hand malformation, bilateral syndactyly of 2nd-4th toes and perineoscrotal hypospadias.
