Abstract
Receptor-like cytoplasmic kinases (RLCKs) and MAP kinase (MAPK) cascades function downstream of diverse pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) to transduce immune signals. Recent studies identified two MAPK kinase kinases that are directly activated by RLCKs, and filled in a gap in immune signal transduction between PRR activation and the MAPK cascades.Entities:
