Abstract
Purtscher-like retinopathy has been rarely described during postpartum period in patients with pre-eclampsia. We present an unusual combination of serous macular detachment coexisting with Purtscher-like retinopathy as a complication of pre-eclampsia during postpartum period.Entities:
