Hepatocellular carcinoma causing obstructive jaundice.

Abstract

A 67-year-old man presented with signs and symptoms of obstructive jaundice. At autopsy, a hepatocellular carcinoma was noted to have obstructed both hepatic ducts and the common hepatic duct. Literature is reviewed to elaborate on this unusual manifestation of hepatocellular carcinoma.
