*Three children were not treated at 6 months, one because of tuberculosis; two arrived in 2009 and 2010 respectively and were treated 4 years after arrival. **Two stopped therapy (one because of misunderstanding with the adoptive family and one during period of genotype resistance performance, ART being restarted after 6 months).
