Abstract
Dissemination of tuberculosis is known as miliary tuberculosis. The clinical features of disseminated tuberculosis often leads to misdiagnosis. By the time we have bone marrow involvement by tuberculosis, prognosis is really poor. Here, we report a case of tuberculosis of the bone marrow causing pancytopenia which reversed after the treatment with anti-tuberculosis regimen. This case highlights the importance of tuberculosis in the diagnosis of pancytopenia in suspected patients.Entities:
