Abstract
Upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) accounts for approximately 5% of all urothelial cancers. The gold standard for managing UTUC is radical nephroureterectomy. Management options may vary depending on the overall clinical picture of the patient and it becomes particularly complex when UTUC develops in a transplanted kidney. We herein present a case report of a 56-year-old male with UTUC in a transplant kidney managed percutaneously with successful salvage of the transplant kidney.Entities:
