Abstract
Optic nerve sheath meningocele, also called dural ectasia of the optic nerve, is a benign dilation of the optic nerve sheath. We report two interesting cases of primary optic nerve sheath meningocele. Etiology, clinical features, and management options are discussed.Entities:
