Abstract
Dissection of the examination system of Hannover Medical School has identified potential for improvement of the complete procudere. Five scopes has been identified: 1. advancement of electronic examinations, 2. improvement of quality control, 3. central management of all exams, 4. more transperancy, 5. establishment of an incentive structure.
