Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Maternal mortality is one of the significant health indicators of any country and it's a frequent subject in many global heath discussions. Even though the global trends have shown a decrease on maternal mortality, many countries in sub-Saharan Africa failed to achieve the MDG 5 target in 2015.There is no specific single solution for reducing maternal mortality but there is unanimity that a reliable health system with skilled personal is vital for addressing maternal mortality. This study therefore seeks to identify the risk factors for maternal mortality in typical rural sub-Saharan African countries.Entities:
