Abstract
Institutional harassment and discrimination are prevalent in the field of medicine and are detrimental to the well-being of individuals, teams, and the work environment. The familiar framework of an obstetric safety bundle is used here to propose 11 practical steps a health care team or institution may take to prepare for and respond to workplace harassment and discrimination in a systematic fashion.Mesh:
