REVIEW QUESTION/
OBJECTIVE: The question of this review is: what is the effectiveness of nurse case management in primary healthcare for improving blood pressure, in adults over 18 years with hypertension?The objective of this review is to synthesize the best available evidence regarding the effectiveness of nurse case management in primary healthcare, compared to usual care, in improving blood pressure in adults over 18 years with hypertension.
