Abstract
We report a novel biosensor platform based on competitive non-covalent interaction between ssDNA and a mass tag towards AuNPs, which detects PSA biomarkers sensitively, observed using MALDI MS. A detection limit of 57 pg mL-1 has been achieved, showing an improvement of two orders of magnitude compared to the traditional spectroscopic method.Entities:
