Abstract
Interaction effects of cannabidiol (CBD) and cannabinol (CBN) were examined using a drug discrimination procedure in which rats had been trained to discriminate between 3 mg/kg of delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol (delta 9-THC) and vehicle (2 ml/kg). The generalization effects of CBN to delta 9-THC were attenuated when CBN was administered together with CBD. The results were time- and dose-dependent.Entities:
