Abstract
Although antegrade cerebral perfusion (ACP) is the predominant method of protecting the brain in patients undergoing total arch replacement, both deep hypothermic circulatory arrest and ACP provide excellent and comparable clinical outcomes with regard to mortality, stroke, and temporary neurological deficit rates.Entities:
