Figure 2Biofilm inhibition Assay. (A & F) On Congo-red gar plate, parallel growth of (PA) Pseudomonas aeruginosa and (SA) Staphylococcus aureus, showed that S. aureus is unable to produce biofilm in the presence of P. aeruginosa. However, the control streaked away from P. aeruginosa showed blackening, which suggests biofilm formation. (B) Biofilm positive S. aureus on Congo-red agar (C) Application of (DC) dead cells and (LC) live cells of P. aeruginosa showed inhibition of biofilm formation of S. aureus on Congo-red agar.
