Abstract
Background: Endometrial carcinomas are common gynecologic malignancies worldwide. In Egypt they represent 2.6 %. We evaluated the role of morphometry and MMP-9 immunohistochemical expression to differentiate atypical endometrial hyperplasia from low grade endometrial adenocarcinoma.Entities:
