Fig 1Sagittally acquired T2w TSE sequence was used for anatomic identification of the pubic symphysis.
Afterwards a multi-echo sequence was planned parallel to the long-axis of the symphysis (white and red box). For quantitative analysis, the three central slices of the symphysis (red) were determined and in each slice three segments analysed (Segment 1 to 9).
