Abstract
Two patients with biliary cancer received radical radiation therapy. After treatment, both patients experienced episodes of biliary obstruction without definite evidence of progression of the tumor. These cases emphasize the importance of including radiation-induced biliary fibrosis in the differential diagnosis of hepatic duct stricture after radical radiation therapy.Entities:
