Abstract
A patient is described with recurrent cholangitis and longstanding alcoholic cirrhosis. The cause of the cholangitis was found to be intraductal biliary tract invasion by hepatocellular carcinoma. A review of the literature suggests that this is an unusual manifestation of a common malignancy.Entities:
