Abstract
A number of disorders of leukocyte motility and chemotaxis have been reported clinically. In this paper we present a rational approach for testing cell populations for a defect in leukocyte migration and for defining the cellular basis of any abnormality observed. The principles and difficulties of individual and population-type assays are discussed.Entities:
