Abstract
An 11-year-old spayed female shih tzu dog was presented with pollakiuria, stranguria, and hematuria. Radiographs revealed a large number of radiodense urinary calculi within the bladder. Physical examination, complete blood cell count, biochemistry and ACTH stimulation test suggested possible hyperadrenocorticism. A cystotomy was performed and the patient was treated for hyperadrenocorticism.Entities:
