Dear Sir,Breast pain is frequently encountered in women and is one of the reasons for general consultation.[1] It creates frustration for women, especially with the resurgence of cancer actually. Ultrasonography is indicated as first line and proposed in the exploration of these pains to reassure the anxiouspatients, but in the case of their bilaterality and their cyclical character, the indications of these have no place.[12]Our aim is to show the need to even create an automatism among sonographers, especially beginner is to explore the womb, in case of a normal result of breast examination.We observed three cases of women between the ages of 23 and 46 who were not menopausal in 11 patients, who had breast ultrasounds for pain. These pains are described as unusual, without a cyclical nature. They did not have a family history of cancer. The observation of the skin and the palpation of the breasts revealed no abnormalities such a tumefaction or nodule. Breast ultrasounds were done by residents, and the senior radiologist oversees them; the results were normalized. We performed a systematic uterine exploration in our practice, and we found evolving gestational bags in these three patients. In total, others the organic causes of breast or out-breast pain, pregnancies can be part of these origins, which should not be omitted in the interrogation and especially during the ultrasound examination. A systematic passage of the probe at the pelvic region would be a good reflex in the search for the causes of these pains like a pregnancy, to avoid any useless asking of radiating examination or others.
