Abstract
Salpingostomy has become a common treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancies. A complication of salpingostomy is persistent trophoblastic tissue. All reported cases to date of salpingostomy with persistent trophoblastic tissue have required salpingectomy. We reported a case of persistent trophoblastic tissue after salpingostomy treated successfully with methotrexate.Entities:
